You can unwind on two terraces, by the outdoor pool or in the hydromassage pool for 4, while the trampoline, bicycles and quad will keep the more adventurous on their toes.



The ground floor comprises an open living area with air-conditioning, a living room, dining area and kitchen. The Mediterranean-inspired space is spacious and inviting. Natural materials like stone and wood are blended with contemporary elements to produce a delightful ambiance. In the lounge, there are relaxing sofas with a television and a closed fireplace that contributes to a unique character. The French doors offer direct access to the terrace and allow sunlight to seep through. The kitchen boasts an induction cooker set amidst charmingly retro appliances that seamlessly match the rustic decor style. In the morning, enjoy coffee at the cozy kitchen island or have shared meals at the dining table.



Take internal stairs to the first floor which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Experience traditional Mediterranean aesthetics that give you a comfortable environment for relaxation at the end of the day. Both rooms have air conditioning to provide complete comfort. There's a room featuring a double bed, where a cot can be added if needed, while a separate room has 2 single beds for 1 person. The bathroom, with a unique decorative detail around the window, is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and personal hygiene products.



The charming 500 m² garden will be your little oasis for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. The standout feature is a 32 m² outdoor pool complete with a shower, alongside a sundeck equipped with loungers for sunbathing. Adjacent to the large pool is a soothing hydromassage pool for 4 people. The covered terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue is perfect for cooking outdoors, savoring tasty food and chatting until late at night. You can see the scented Mediterranean herb garden from the terrace, which produces a lovely atmosphere when lit up at night. There is a play area with a swing and a trampoline for the little ones, and for those who enjoy an active holiday, 4 bicycles of various sizes and a quad bike are available for you to explore the local countryside. Bicycles and the quad bike are included in the price and you use them at your own risk.



As Istria has good road connections, travelling around the peninsula is quick and easy. Not far from the villa is the thousand-year-old town of Višnjan, where you can stroll through the stone streets and the old square with its walls and 15th-century Gothic church. Don't miss a visit to the Višnjan Observatory It only takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the town of Poreč, which is full of cultural and historical gems, and for lovers of natural beauty we recommend a visit to the Baredine Cave. For an unforgettable family day out, take the children to the nearby Dinopark Funtana or one of Istria's renowned water parks.
