Perfectly equipped with all the amenities; Large-format Smart TV, full kitchen, bedding, etc. The rooms feature: the master bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, a quality mattress with a memory foam layer, prioritizing rest, and the twin bedroom has two twin mattresses of the same quality that can be joined to form a 180x200 cm bed (with a corresponding memory foam topper). The sofa bed is 140x200 cm with a memory foam topper.

The apartment has classic bicycles for guests, depending on occupancy.
