Also on this floor, 1 bedroom of 28 m2 features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath, shower and WC, a double hand-basin, and its own exit to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, 3 bedrooms of 18 m2 each are configured with 1 french bed per room, each measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. Each of these rooms benefits from direct access to the swimming pool.
