Sauberkeit ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig.

Die letzte Renovierung sei zwar kürzlich erfolgt, die Wände und Möbel haben aber schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und könnten eine gründliche Reinigung bzw frische Farbe vertragen. Die Ikea Couch ist nichts für normal große Männer über 1,80 und ziemlich hart zum schlafen.Die Mikrowelle und der Kühlschrank waren nicht sauber, da war was ausgelaufen vom Vormieter, dass musste ich selbst nochmal reinigen. Allgemein staubig, einige tote Fliegen in der Wohnung und auch fremde Haare an den Handtüchern...leider nicht nur ein paar....Die Lage und die Aussicht sind super. Eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn die Sauberkeit stimmen würde.garnicht

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und bietet alles was eine kleine Familie benötigt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser.

Gesamtbeurteilung

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig und mit Blick auf den See. Einrichtung nüchtern und modern, teilweise mit Betonfußboden. Die Fewo selbst war sauber, die Außenanlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Verteilung auf 2,5 Etagen ist etwas umständlich. Der Preis erscheint im Verhältnis sehr hoch.

Wohlfühlen mit Herz

Die schöne Wohnung über drei Etagen bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist hell und modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die vielen gebotenen Goodies (eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die Kinder-Essecke, mega viel Stauraum, Kuscheldecke auf dem Sofa, und und und) lassen darauf schließen, dass Vermieter und Hausdame den Gästen etwas Besonderes bieten möchten. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein tolles Restaurant und ein Mini Markt, wo man für's Frühstück die Brötchen vorbestellen kann. Wir haben uns zum Frühstücken in einem Hotel in Werbetal einen Tisch reserviert. Das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Mega viel Auswahl und richtig lecker! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings sind die vielen Treppenstufen auch eine Herausforderung.

Ich habe zusammen mit meinem Sohn und unserem Hund eine wunderschöne Woche am Edersee verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war traumhaft und mit dem Ausblick jeden Cent wert.

Ferienwohnung Yachthof Edersee

Dies war das zweite Mal, dass wir in der Wohnung übernachteten. Der Ort überrascht uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, modern, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und es liegt direkt am See. Absolut top.

Einfach Mega

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende dort und es war großartig. Die Wohnung ist fantastisch, sehr modern, komplett ausgestattet und mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Es verfügt über 2 Balkone (einer mit Blick auf den See und der andere mit Blick auf das Dorf). Es liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Direkt daneben gibt es ein sehr schönes Restaurant und eine Art Kiosk/Hofladen, wo man Brötchen und andere Kleinigkeiten kaufen kann. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass wir es irgendwann wieder mieten können.

Die Ferienwohnung war topp. Wir haben uns darin wohl gefühlt. Leider befanden sich in der näheren Umgebung (fußläufig unter drei km) kaum Gastronomie- und Einkaufsangebote für die Selbstversorgung.

Schöne Wohnung, viele Ausflugsziele

Eine schöne Wohnung, viele Ausglugsziele in näherer Umgebung (15 - 30 Minuten mit dem Auto). Insbesondere den Kindern haben der Aufenthalt und die Ausflüge viel Spaß gemacht.

- Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. - Schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit tollem Blick. - Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit hochwertigen Geräten, allerdings wäre der Teppich im oberen Wohnbereich renovierungsbedürftig. - Man ist sehr schnell am Wasser - Wir würden diese Wohnung nochmals mieten 😊
