It features a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. You have access to a private kitchen with basic equipment, and a TV is available in the living area. The apartment is simply and functionally furnished. A baby cot can be provided if needed.



Enjoy your private, covered terrace surrounded by nature. The apartment is idyllically situated by a nature reserve, nestled between the Schwarzer Schöps river and the Kimbucht of Lake Quitzdorf, just a few meters from the water. You benefit from peace, nature, and direct lake access.



On the property, you share parking, table tennis, a dog training area, mini golf, and boat and bike rental. Pets are welcome. If required, a kennel can be set up by the terrace for an extra charge. Events and parties are only allowed after prior arrangement with the host.



Local activities include cycling, hiking, walking, dining out (for example, at the Seeschenke restaurant in the Kimbucht holiday village), or visiting Görlitz Zoo. Arrival is easiest by car.
