Nice home in Waren (Müritz) with WiFi

In a quiet residential area of Waren (Müritz), approx. 15 minutes' walk from the charming old town with restaurants, cafés, shopping streets and the harbour with passenger ships, there is a holiday home on the owner's residential property. A supermarket with bakery is within walking distance. The non-smoking house (ground floor) with separate entrance and small hallway offers space for a maximum of 4 people and has a large living area (sofa bed & extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, radio/CD player) with dining area, dining table and open-plan kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill/hot air function, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer.



Guests have access to a furnished terrace, a fenced seating area in the garden, sun loungers, a barbecue, two bicycles (free of charge), a bicycle storage room, parking spaces, a cot, a bathtub and a high chair as well as artificial WLAN are available on request. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is situated in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway connection approx. 25 km.
