We pulled up to the driveway in the back only for it to be filled with old garbage. So much garbage that the security door couldn't close (read on and you'll see why you really want it to close). we could barely get our car into it. Rats and flys infested it. Trash littered everywhere. It appeared to have been there for quite a while, given the flies and rats. Wife and daughters weren't thrilled.Inside was clean, but smelled like garbage. We turned on the downstairs mini-split A/C unites and they smelled like fragranced garbage.We had zero hot water, and then we went back and saw that there were previous reviews that had problems with the hot water, so this was a known issue that they just don't want to fix. And this wasn't an issue of not having an abundance of hot water, this was zero hot. ice cold that never warmed up from any faucet.Top floor exterior glass door doesn't lock, which is a problem for this neighborhood. I had to call 911 in the middle of the night because of a street fight, and random screaming people, but to the cops credit they showed up pretty quick and dispersed them. Location being across from a liquor store does not help.As soon as daylight came, we left and checked out. Demanded a refund of the remaining nights given the conditions, but you can guess how that's going. Having to handle this with VRBO which is a process.Avoid this one at all cost. Should be de-listed.
