front office staff is awesome, very friendly and know the area very well. The housekeeping needs to be better. THe first room we were in there was soiled toddler underwear in a drawer in the kitchen; they moved us to another room. The Murphey bed was broken so my son couldn't use it and there was trash in the master bath.

Ding dong ditch gone wrong

The room was a little dirty, hair and some stains on the futon. Very thin walls if your on the ground levels its going to be loud.I could deal with that but the last evening we were staying some teens were beating on our door and running away then hid and waited for me to leave the room and then tried to get into my room with my scared wife and 6 year old daughter. The cameras ethier dont work or are ineffective since they could not track the potential intruder to their room. When checking out i was told "sorry wish we could do something for you." The night was terrible for my wife and daughter since they were worried the person would come back and try to get in.

Probably the worst stay I’ve had across four continents. Misleading info re pool, hot tub and “ocean view” means you might just glimpse the ocean over the dune grass. The whole place is tired, very run down and the staff disinterested. Woken by a smoke alarm near midnight due to another guest not closing their bathroom door when showering. Would not recommend.
