Adorable little cottage

Loved the property! It was really cute and clean, an the bed and pillows were very comfortable (which is a big deal for us, as I usually find beds and pillows in most hotels and homes to be terrible!). It's a short walk to downtown West Palm. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

A wonderful vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage (host Josh DeWitt) . The property is located in the best possible neighborhood, walking distance from the Norton Museum and to the Flagler drive along the lagoon. The kitchen was fully equipped and the host was very responsive to anything that we might ask for. Beautiful, nicely decorated rooms, spacious, comfortable bed. Large couch facing a big TV connected to streaming networks. We would gladly return on our next trip whenever that might be.

Great amenities for this beach city

This was one of the best vacation rentals that I have booked. I typically choose a budget-friendly rental and this was just that. However, the amenities were very good. The towels were thick, the paper products were high quality and the kitchen had great knives, utensils, bakeware and cookware. The ice machine in the freezer was a nice surprise. We also enjoyed the bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella that were all available to borrow. The location is very good, if you are willing to walk a ways to the downtown area.

Had high hopes but disappointed

I had high hopes about this property due to previous ratings. I received no communication about the check in process until I reached out. The property had not been cleaned from previous guests and there was open food, towels and dirty linens left. The only reason this was not 0 stars was because the host was responsive and sent a cleaning crew to remediate this at 7 pm at night. As much as I appreciated the host making it right, I wish all of this was taken care of prior to our trip. I hope moving forward no one gets to experience this.

Perfect Place!

I stayed at this charming cottage house while visiting my son in West Palm Beach. It was perfect! Plenty of space, with a living room (w/large tv!), sitting room with breakfast table, kitchen and bedroom with a large king bed. It was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Also a cute bathroom with shower. Excellent location. Super easy check-in/out and great communication. Loved everything about it!
