UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 30y/o to be able to book the property.

- Check-in is from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

- Dog-Friendly: Pre-approval is necessary for 2 dog (under 50 lbs) with a one-time non-refundable fee. Pet- rules must be followed. (No cats allowed due to allergies)

- The homeowner's car will permanently be parked at the top of the driveway. There is still space for 2 cars in the driveway.

- There is a doorbell camera for the safety of our guests.
