Rental Policies:
50% of rental amount is due within 7 days of signing the rental agreement, along with refundable security deposit and a signed liability waiver (golf cart). The rental balance and other fees are due within 90 days of check in.

** Pet Fee: $200 per pet
** Residential Lifestyle ID: $50 (Paid directly to the Villages - grants access to amenities throughout the Villages))
** Security Deposit amount is determined by length of stay

LIABILITY RENTER'S INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Balance of rent, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable) are due 90 days prior to check-in.

If booking within 60 days of arrival, 100% of rent and fees must be paid within 7 days of booking.

Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, with no occurrence of damages.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be accepted as long as owner can rebook for the same nights and rates.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
