The Morgenröte apartment is located on the first and top floor of the annex and features a large balcony. It consists of a living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchen with dining area. On the top floor, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms (an extra bed is possible) and an additional toilet. For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in this apartment.



The well-equipped kitchen offers you an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a Senseo machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a hand mixer and a hand blender.

Pure relaxation for the whole family! Enjoy your stay in our holiday apartment, which is spacious, very well equipped, and lovingly furnished. Our farm is run as a sideline and is home to many large and small animals. There are mother cows with calves grazing on our pastures from May to October. We also have cattle, chickens, rabbits, and cats. During feeding times, you are welcome to join us in the barn and help out. For relaxation, there is a covered outdoor seating area as well as a lawn with garden furniture, a table tennis table, and a barbecue. Children can enjoy a large playground with a swing, climbing frame, slide, and trampoline.
