They charged us a night even though we didn’t stay after the front desk clerk confirmed the charge would be waived as their pool was out of order. The main reason we booked was to use the pool for our autistic son who loves that specific water slide. I will never stay here again as the rooms are not clean or comfortable. The beds feel like you are sinking in the middle and the one elevator is a nightmare to get in and out of your room as it is always congested and you are stuck waiting.

It was a great stay! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that i was taken care of during my stay for my birthday weekend! The night time staff were very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable. It was just unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were under renovations (as I was looking forwards to that)but the staff did let me know of my options.

We had a king size room which is huge and has a very comfortabe bed. It has a living area with a large couch, coffee table and a few chairs so it was easy to entertain a few friends in our room and lots of room to lay out appies and make cocktails. There is a Fridge and microwave too.

The room was very good but it needs a little attention as the fan in the bathroom does not work properly and with the moisture running down the walls, its going to cause problems in the future
