I stayed here for two nights and upon check in the staff (who were very nice) said there was no way for them to inform us the pool wasn’t in service. That was the only reason we decided to stay here was for the pool and it couldn’t be used for the days we spent here. The kids had nothing to do but be cooped up in a room that had what I assume dog pee stains on the carpet.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, which worked really well for our family. It was very well kept, and when I requested a play pen it was brought very quickly.

The room had a bad smell and we complained but all they did was put some cheap spray in the room but then the smell eventually came back. The elevator was broke the whole stay even though they told us that it would be fixed in a few hours and that same day. The shower was also very bad. The water pressur and there was barely any hot water.

Family staycation

Hotel room was great, we booked for a spring break staycation. They were basically fully booked and not prepared for it. They constantly ran out of towels, I called housekeeping and front office so many times and no one was answering. I also asked for more pillows/ blankets for pull out couch as it came with one pillow.. and they never sent them.

The swimming pool area is very disappointing. The chlorine vapors in the air are so strong it's painful on the eyes like cutting onions, and all the kids were finding it so strong it was making them cough almost to the point of barfing. I'm not sure if this is normal for this hotel, but it's super unfortunate as they don't even want to go back to the pool which is the whole reason we decided to surprise them with a staycation.
