We hada mouse in our room. Was told by maintenance that duecto safety reason coukd get a trap to catch it and that there was no other rooms that they were all booked. I wanted our room to be comped( no offer of it by the hotel ) then miraculous ly a comped room upgrade was available. Not sure if the new room was much of an upgrade. Lights were tricky to turn on by beds.

Terrible stay. Noisy at all hours. Slamming doors all night. At 1030pm a guy was sanding and vacuuming up patches on wall. Construction was on the 2nd floor so we didn't expect it on our floor (5th) at 1030pm. Pool was messy. Towels and empty beer cans everywhere. First night the hot tub was out of service. Second night there was blood all over floor of pool and bloody towels. Friendly staff was about the only positive.
