-Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. -Room appears recently updated, no complaints about the room -free breakfast offers just about anything you could need -the hotel is just a short walk away from Superstore, and that is a very handy thing if you are on foot. -It is unfortunate that there is no elevator to the second floor. They did help us move our heavy luggage up to our second floor room, but if you have mobility issues, or heavy bags, do try to get a ground floor room. -our first night was nice and quiet. Second night the neighbouring room(s?) had a lot of yelling and banging and throwing of things, around midnight, and the police were called and the police weren’t any quieter than the drama they were called to address. Not sure how often that happens, but it kind of ruined the restfulness of the second night.

The free shuttle service from the airport was very quick and easy to use - I do appreciate that. I think it would be ideal to have another way to contact to get the shuttle service as not everyone has the option to call when they have just arrived at the airport as they may be international travelers. The people working there were nice enough, but certainly didn't go out of the way to do anything more than necessary. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The shower was large and clean, but the temperature was very limited - it was either incredibly hot, or barely lukewarm. I think there may have been something wrong with it. It looked like someone had tried to fix it before and didn't put the handle back on properly, as well. So perhaps it's a recurring issue. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room, which was lovely! There is no kettle though, so any tea will have a slight hint of coffee in it. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good! I was very impressed with the options there. Everything tasted quite good, too! Checking in and out were both very easy, and we didn't seem to have any issues. Overall, a good choice if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but there are a few things that could be improved to make the experience better.

Comfy bed, but water pressure in the shower was terrible, more light needed in bathroom. Could hear the people in the hallway. Breakfast was very good with hot food and lots of variety. The guy at the front desk laughed at me when I told him I couldn’t connect to the wifi. No lock on the patio door only a bar to put on the slider.
