Drunk on the sidewalk in the morning. Rather sad place. Paid for overnight parking that I did not use and did not know I was being charged for. I thought I book an inexpensive room using expedia but it turns out my room instead of costing me 150 was something like 234. Over all a negative experience I will not bring anymore guest to this place.

Sheets needs to be changed after each checkout!

Found an alive black insect on the sheet. The sheets and pillow cases looks clean but smell like used, unchanged. The breakfast selection is very limited. Expensive. The front desk was pretty good, nothing to complain about.

Tired hotel in need of some TLC

Tired hotel in need of some TLC. As a place to stay it just passes as it is in need of renovation. It's seen better days I am sure. And to require a $500 deposit on your card at check in, with no clear indication of when you get it back is not on, sorry for people traveling on debit cards or near their limit on CC at the end of their holiday. All the other nearby hotels charge a $50.00 deposit, so what's the story there?

I have stayed at the, Humphry Inn, several times, but this was my first time in 4 years. One day our room missed maid service, which was unexpected. Perhaps they were short staffed. We noticed a few non guests wander on off the street. They were respectfully guided out of the building by security. I like the Humphry Inn for its price and location. It’s great.
