I stayed at the Victoria Inn after my flight was delayed. The front desk staff (both evening and morning) were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. I appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle. However, when I entered my room, there was a leftover cup of coffee on the side table and a half eaten pizza on the desk. I didn’t complain at the time because it was almost midnight. I mentioned it upon check out and I sent photos to the hotel but never heard back.

There was a hole between the heating/cooling unit and the wall…you could feel a cold breeze from the outside. Constant loud banging from upstairs until late hours.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past when traveling for work and it was where my employer had booked my stay. I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. The location is near the airport, and on the out edge of the industrial area.

There were two elevators for separate floors. The food selection in restaurant area was amazing. Walls, bed frame, bed spring and mattress are very soundproof. I loved the stay!
