Awesome hotel

It was a great trip the hotel was amazing as well as the staff. Shopping centres are not too far away all in all it was a lovely getaway.

I just found that it was not as clean as I wished it was. There were hairs in the shower, stains in towels and carpet. Sinks were gross. It was a loud weekend packed with children.

Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the room was clean. Some unruly guests at check in, stealing from the shop etc and later on someone was trying to get in the elevators asked to use our card so they could go to the third floor. A bit uneasy with children. We asked to upgrade to a pool side room, fully willing to pay the difference and told no. Seems odd they wouldn't want to make more money.
