The apartment is situated on the upper floor of a quiet residential building at the edge of the forest, close to Lake Hillebach. Surrounded by the natural scenery of the Sauerland, it offers a peaceful setting and an excellent starting point for hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities throughout the year.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by stairs. A parking space is available directly in front of the building, allowing you to park your car conveniently during your stay.

This comfortably furnished apartment offers a welcoming base for a relaxing or active holiday. With flexible sleeping arrangements, a furnished terrace and practical storage for sports equipment, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay.Living area: A cosy sitting area with a flat-screen television and a double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space when required.Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, providing everything needed to prepare meals and drinks during your stay.Bedroom: A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and a single sofa bed.Bathroom: A practical bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.Terrace: From the living room, you can step directly onto the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. Two parasols and a barbecue are also available.Storage: Skis and bicycles can be stored safely in the garage.
Public parking is available along the street near the accommodation.




Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can take the challenge of mountain bike trails. You can walk to the Hillebachsee and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, playing ping-pong or volleyball, and much more. In the winter it is a paradise for snow lovers. Either you can ski and sledding in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure Winterberg. By car, it is only 10 Minutes to the excellent slopes. The magical Hochheide lures hikers.

The bobsleigh run in Winterberg is 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten is located 12 km from the apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular for travelers who are interested in mountain hiking, landscapes, and hiking. Shops: The center of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In front of the house, there is a bus stop, which you can easily use to drive to Niedersfeld's local center. Other shops are 5 minutes walk away. Pets: A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.Swimming Pools: Some accommodations offer access to a (communal) swimming pool, or a pool may be available nearby. However, due to energy-saving measures in Germany, swimming pools are currently not heated until further notice. Saunas, where available, remain operational as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.Deposit: A €100 deposit is required via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you before your stay and completed at check-in. This form authorizes us to charge up to €100 in case of damages. If no charges are applied, the authorization will automatically expire.Energy Costs: Energy costs are included in the rental price.Additional Costs: Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and detailed in your reservation overview and/or invoice.Optional Rentals: Towels, kitchen linens, and children's furniture are available for rent upon request.
