Every moment here promises to be unforgettable.

This studio, located on the first floor of a residential building, accommodates two people. It includes a designated parking space (number 12) and a balcony. The studio features an open layout with a seating area, kitchen, and a box-spring bed (180 cm wide) all in one room. The seating area is furnished with a sofa and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The hallway leads to a modern bathroom that also includes a washing machine. Optional ski and bicycle storage is available.
Winterberg is a popular holiday destination for winter sports enthusiasts, with ski slopes guaranteed to have snow cover for three months each year, attracting many visitors during the winter. However, Winterberg offers much more than just winter sports. In the summer, the green surroundings provide excellent opportunities for mountain biking, swimming, cycling, and hiking, making it a worthwhile destination year-round.
There is no swimming pool available.The rental price includes energy costs.Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A baby bed and a high chair are provided as standard in the property.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
