The large, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, such as a combi microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space. Directly next to the kitchen, the dining room provides a bright and inviting area for shared meals.
The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms: one furnished with a comfortable double bed, and the other with two single beds. For families, two cots and a high chair are also available, ensuring a convenient stay for guests with small children.
The modern bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and sink, offering both relaxation and practicality. A washing machine and dryer are also provided within the apartment for added convenience.
Outside, you will find private parking behind the building, as well as a secure, lockable room for bicycles and skis, making the apartment ideal for both summer and winter holidays.

The ski area is only about one kilometre away and can be reached quickly on foot, by car, or by bus. The lively centre of Winterberg, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is also within easy walking distance. Here you can browse, shop, enjoy a relaxed meal, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
For entertainment, numerous bistros, restaurants, discos, and après‑ski venues are close by, offering plenty of opportunities to eat, drink, and enjoy the nightlife. And for those who prefer not to walk too much, a bus stop is conveniently located almost right in front of the building, making travel around the area simple and comfortable.
