The spacious living and dining area features a two-seater sofa that easily transforms into a sofa bed, offering two additional sleeping spots whenever needed. A flat-screen TV invites you to relax with a good movie, while the warm and welcoming dining area seats up to six people—perfect for meals with your entire travel group.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for convenient self-catering. It includes a refrigerator, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, kettle for tea, and a toaster for a perfectly crisp breakfast.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (160x200 cm), bedside tables, ambient lighting, and flat-screen TVs—ideal for unwinding after an active day.

The modern bathroom features a spacious rain shower, a sink with storage, a toilet, and a handy hairdryer.

A free parking space is available for your stay. Please note that pets are not permitted.
For families, a foldable cot and a high chair are available.





Neuastenberg, located in the picturesque Sauerland, offers an idyllic escape for winter sports enthusiasts. With its location between 605 and 730 meters above sea level, this ski area reveals approximately 8 kilometers of varied slopes, including a challenging black slope for experienced skiers. The combination of natural and artificial snow ensures optimal skiing conditions from mid-December to mid-March. A special experience is skiing in the evening hours; 4.5 kilometers of illuminated slopes and a fun park come to life.

The charm of Neuastenberg also extends to the facilities in the area. Visitors can relax in cozy bars such as Pferdestall and Sunside café, or enjoy an authentic German pilsner in the Schirmbar and other local cafes. For those looking for adventure off the slopes, Kartbahn Kartfun offers exciting indoor racing experiences. Wellness centers with inviting saunas, massages, and bubble baths are ready for relaxing moments during your holiday. In addition, the toboggan runs offer an adrenaline rush with fast descents, while the surrounding mountains offer perfect routes for hikers and mountain bikers.

We ask for a deposit of €100 using a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and you will complete it at check-in. With the SEPA form you authorize us to debit up to € 100, for example, if there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically expire.

The rental price includes energy costs.
A cot (foldable) and high chair are available.

Bed linen, kitchen textiles, towels, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory costs and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
