I was sent a pre check in to do. It said it would make things faster when I got to the hotel. I filled it out and got a message on my phone saying it was done. When I got to the hotel they said they didn't get anything, so I had to do it all at the hotel again. So what was the point of it?

We know that Super 8 is an economy hotel and do not expect the Ritz. But this hotel is in need of a huge update. Dirty/stained comforter on bed, stained sheets, Huge rip in the carpet in room. I think you get the point. On the positive, the staff was friendly. But I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

It was perfect for what I needed. Only thing I’d say is my room was freezing when I got in it. Otherwise everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my stay. Very relaxing.
