Very friendly staff, and the pool and hot tub were warmer the resorts we were at earlier that week. Super happy with our stay. Our 2 year old had more fun here than any of the parks.

There was not much to like here. Things not to like included room not made up at all in a two night stay. Got locked out of room on 2nd afternoon. Had to go down to the desk to get new room cards. Luckily there was someone there. It seems most times there was a sign saying "be back shortly if need immediate assistance pick up phone and dial 0".

Ok place to stay

We stay at this hotel every year on Mother Day weekend for an event close by. We've never had a bad stay. This time wasn't the greatest unfortunately. We stayed 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels and when we asked for a few more we were told 2 is all that is allowed. Only half a roll of toilet paper in our bathroom. Had to ask 4 different times for another. Breakfast in the last has always been great, scrambled eggs, sausage, donuts, waffels and other things. This time nothing but waffles, cereal and cold hard boiled eggs in the fridge. The milk expired 4 days prior. Room was clean and the bed comfy. Hotel definitely needs some upgrading and a deep cleaning, but overall not too bad. We'll stay again next year but hoping breakfast improves. Staff is friendly. Has a nice pool and arcade, but we didn't use them.
