Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, zentrale Lage, direktes Umfeld (Hochstraße, Bahnstrecke) bis auf Mühlen-Teich wenig ansprechend. Wohnung selbst ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und für eine Person angemessen.

Appartement/Haus liegt unter einer Autobrücke, daher sehr laut. Vor Eingang und Fenstern waren viele Spinnweben. Im Appartement mehrere Kellerasseln. Das Ausziehbett war vollkommen durchgelegen, da half auch der dünne Topper nicht. Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Heizung sprang nicht an. Handtücher und Kleidung konnte nicht trocknen. Aussicht aus dem Fenster auf Mülltonnen, Brückenpfeiler und Parkplatz unter der Brücke. Kein Ort zum Wohlfühen.
