Keittiöstä löytyy myös täysi pesutupa ja ruokakomero - kotona ei ole säilytyspulaa! Portaikon toisella puolella on puoli kylpyhuone ja ensimmäinen vierashuone, jossa queen-vuode ja kauniit ranskalaiset ovet.

Toisessa kerroksessa on neljä vierashuonetta, joissa on jaettu jack- ja jill-kylpyhuoneet ja useita yksityisiä kannen alueita rentoutumiseen ja suolailmaan imeytymiseen. Tilavassa makuuhuoneessa on tyylikkäästi sisustettu oma kylpyhuone ja kansi merinäköalalla. Tämän kodin ylimmällä tasolla on makuutila, jossa on pyramidi kerrossänky ja vuodesohva, joka sopii erinomaisesti lapsille ja teini-ikäisille. Siellä on myös baarikeittiö, jossa mikroaaltouuni, pieni jääkaappi, kahvipannu, kylpyhuone ja kansi, josta on laajat näkymät äänelle ja merelle.

Nauti esteetöntä merinäköalaa yhdellä yhdeksästä ulkokannesta tai hanki hiekkaa varpaiden väliin - rantaan pääsy sijaitsee kätevästi kadun toisella puolella, ja se tekee merestä nauttimisen. Yksityinen suolaisen veden uima-allas on täydellinen paikka virkistäytyä pitkän aurinkoisen päivän jälkeen, ja se on loistava paikka koko perheen kokoontumiseen. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving feast. Having 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators was exactly what we needed for our large group! The large table also had enough seating for us all to enjoy!

Property management was responsive. One fridge did not work the entire time, drain in bathroom was stopped up. Rest of house was used heavily. Porches and rails were mildewed, some were dangerous to touch or lean against. Pool area decking was deteriorated and pool was not clean. General upkeep and this house is a great spot for a crowd. Neighbors complain about everything!!!

Overall it is a nice house, but it needs some upkeep, ie fresh paint and replacing some exterior ceiling fans, the bar stools are past their design life, the deck needs staining, the right garage door would not stay closed, the master BR door handles are about to come loose, 1 microwave does not work, the 4th floor suite mini fridge does not work, and the dryer runs all the time if the door is closed. The Property management was responsive; however, none of these items were repaired/replaced during our stay. Final item, is there is a very unhappy neighbor behind the residence that does not want a VRBO next door as he called the cops when it was just the number of people the residence is advertised to accommodate.

Perfect house and location

We rented this house for mostly family and a few close friends of our wedding party. Very spacious with a lot of places for people to hang out. Walking distance to the beach, views of the beach and bay from balconies, 3 min drive off the island. We didn’t use the pool but would be a great touch for a summer stay. Highly recommended for large groups!

The pool was great, but for a house that sleeps this many, it should have been checked in the middle of the week as it was very cloudy due to how much an how many of us were using it every day.My biggest complaint was the elevator. Bryant called us a few days before our arrival to let us know that the elevator was not working and would not be fixed during our stay and asked if this was going to be a problem, when I said it was definitely an inconvenience they just were like, "Okay, let us know if you have any other concerns during your stay." I feel like we should have been offered some sort of discount since we did pay for a four story rental with an elevator.

Not worth the money

The rental process for this property did not end with the “confirmed booking” on this app. You will go through correspondence with a separate rental agency that makes you sign several pages of policies. No groups of any kind besides immediate family, which is pretty crazy for a house that sleeps 23 people. Very odd that not even church groups were allowed. The way money was spent in this house made no sense to any of us. White rugs and white cushions showed stains everywhere. Coffee maker was broken. Porch screen ripped and completely broken table outside. The exterior of the front of house is the most appealing part. Poor landscaping in the back leads to a very dirty deck and furniture near the pool. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone and do not plan to stay here again. The house had tons of potential but it was not put to use.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We toured the home in October before renting. The screens on the porch were torn badly and the furniture was moldy. We told the realtor and they said it would probably be fixed before July. It wasn't, rendering the porch unusable. Then, I personally returned an undamaged and functioning garage door opener to the realtor. They charged me $50 saying it was damaged with no proof or notice. We have rented homes up and down the NC coast for 20 years and I've never seen such a lack of professionalism. I would highly recommend renting thru someone else. The rental is listed on multiple sites.

Cheap and Shoddy

Several balcony door locks broken or missing, Ice maker broken, one role of low quality TP per bathroom, No extra trash bags, floors were dirty, second hand repurposed furniture with rips and tears, no first aid kit, 14 page contract to fill out and send back, rigid rules with severe penalties ($300 for missing garage door opener) for check-in and check out. Really doesn't sleep as many as the website claims comfortably. We were going for a memorial service and I stated as much in the initial VRBO correspondence....but kept getting "Enjoy your Vacation!" emails. Email from property manager stated we need parking passes then I was told we didn't need parking passes at the office? I wanted a place where the family could gather and mourn without having to worry about insignificant things....however the tone set by the property manager's automatic emails and materials made everyone feel unwelcome and uneasy. In the beginning of the process, I chatted with a VRBO tech about the ridiculous contract and she was no help.

Hard Pass

Let this be a warning that the property photos don’t represent the current condition of the home, which is exceptionally tired. Features & furnishings are broken, missing, torn, and/or dirty. On the upside, the location is fantastic, and for those traveling with a large group, the home was big enough, so it never seemed crowded. The pool was definitely a bonus. The following is a list of some of what we experienced. 1. The next-door neighbor is awful. On Saturday at 12:30 PM my guests, and I were enjoying the swimming pool. The neighbor continuously yelled profanity and kept screaming that this was “a neighborhood, not a party.” 2. Ants are a huge problem, and I don’t mean just a couple ants. Thousands of ants were in the sink, counters, and around the refrigerator. I even had ants crawling on me while sitting on the family room couch. 3. Upon arrival, none of the four TVs worked. Maintenance came and was able to get two of them working. BTW, the maintenance workers are fantastic! Huge shout out to David & Jason who quickly responded to all the repairs needed during our stay. 4. Nearly every piece of furniture was dirty, torn, or broken, and I’m not even exaggerating. 5. The carpet is stained beyond repair. 6. Some pots, pans and cooking utensils were missing. 7. There’s more, but I think you get it …

Reviewer Comments: LOVE LOVE LOVE this house and the location but it's apparent that it is probably rented 52 weeks a year as there is much that needs maintenance/touch up/repair. #1 NO ICEMAKER!! There are TWO refrigerators and neither one makes ice. We paid 16k for a week and we had to go buy bags of ice every day. #2 The beds are THE WORST. I think they bought them all at one of those cheap mattress outlets and chose the absolute lowest quality they could get. #3 the "screened" porch on the back overlooking the pool has huge sections of screen torn away so the bugs come and go with ease. #4 Two microwaves in the kitchen and only one worked. #5 the large TV in the kitchen was inoperable when we arrived (we never used the TVs really anyway) We called Bryant Real Estate to report all of the above upon Check in on Saturday and on Wednesday a repairman showed up unannounced. The repairman was super nice and was able to fix the TV but the busted microwave, lack of ice maker and other items were obviously not able to be dealt with at his level.The kitchen was well stocked with plates/pots/etc. The furniture was all very nice with the exception of the horrible beds. The pool was wonderful for when you come back from the beach. The walk to the beach was super easy, maybe 300 yards or so. We loved all of the outside decks. The one on the top level has a wonderful view of the ocean. Anyway, a house like this and for this price (16k/week) should have good beds and an ice-maker too. Honestly, this house was perfect for our family of 19 but every time I went to get bagged ice it just made me so angry and then everyone complained about how they slept on the terrible beds every morning on top of that. Anyway, if you can overlook the lack of ice and the terrible beds, this place is awesome.

Not a $$$ Exclusive Family Vacation Rental, OK for Frat Boys

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited the home last spring and found it to be perfect for our Labor Day wkend which now included our son's marriage. Big enough for our immediate family and across from the beach w/ a POOL! We had special requirements for the home: elevator for our wheelchair bound nephew and senior parents. We knew it was broken but was assured it would be repaired before our vacation. Booking was quick and easy and they had our money in full by July 4th. We kept inquiring about the elevator w/ no reply until 1 week before our vacation when we were informed that the elevator would NOT be operational and that we had til the EOB to cancel the rental for a refund. Needless to say this was unacceptable and I called immediately to see what the agency/owner's would be able to do for our call back, no information, no alternative housing, no assistance in finding handicap facilities for our nephew/parents, etc...We had no choice but to continue w/ the rental and we were astounded with how worn, dirty, and unkempt the house was on our arrival. We couldn't walk on the carpets inside or out without shoes on, making a 2 yr olds vacation a battle. Unpacking there was no empty cabinets for the food we need for our group. Organization of the kitchen was haphazard at best making cooking time a chore. Morning 1 we had no hot water in half of the house...Apparently the solar powered water and Gas hot water heaters aren't talking to one another. To be fair, they sent a very helpful and pleasant repair man who confirmed my Dx and repaired the situation. There was no broom, vacuum, or blower to tidy up the deck so that became another chore. Dinner Day 1 was a Boil which we normally cook outside but the grill was cheap, rusted, dirty and best of all, barely operable (took 1 hr to cook a burger). No back up Propane tank in case you run out (it felt nearly empty but since we couldn't cook, we didn't use any more. The garage was a disaster w a good portion of it filled w/

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay. Issues: Top floor shower did not drain well. Main level bathroom did not have a towel or toilet paper rack. Deck banister off the kitchen was loose. I called this in as a safety issue and it was not responded to. Issue w the biggest oven but it was addressed timely. Great location, great facility overall and having my 87 year old mom with us the elevator was a great asset.

Reviewer Comments: This home is very nice and spacious and well stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans you would need to cook for a large family. The elevator is a great ADA accommodation. My only complaint is that the walls were dirty and the carpets could be cleaner. Overall the house was very clean and pleasant. The bathroom that accommodates the bunked room on the 3rd floor could use some TLC.
