Activities nearby: The 15 kilometer long, flat, fine sandy beach begins directly at the harbor in Wyk. It is largely guarded and therefore also suitable for small holidaymakers. The two water sports schools on Wyker Südstrand as well as beach volleyball and beach soccer fields ensure the sporting factor. Föhr offers over 200 kilometers of designated cycle paths and you can explore the eleven island villages by bike or e-bike or choose from one of five themed routes. A ride into the mudflats is also a great experience - numerous riding stables and around 850 horses have contributed to Föhr now being considered the "German horse island".
