    Great staff - very helpful and always available. Room was nice, very 'showa' feel with Tatami mats and adornments. The Onsen bath, particularly the external new Sauna (from Estonia!) and Rotenburo, were quite pleasant. The buffet is designed for tour groups, but tasty selection! Would stay again if had chance b/c very close to everything and perfect facilities for skiing trip.

    Rooms were clean, spacious and fun! We enjoyed the facilities like the buffet dinner and breakfast that came with a small top up to the hotel stay! Also, the onsen was big and enjoyable!

    1月に夫婦で宿泊。スノボ目的だったので、ボードやブーツを置ける収納スペースがあるのがかなり良かったです。 夜・朝のバイキングは種類も多くて普通に美味しく、満足でした。 ただ、部屋は廊下や隣の声が聞こえやすく、暖房の温度調整ができないのもあって少し寒く感じました。 あと、大浴場の天井から水滴が落ちてくるのは正直気になりました…。 設備面で気になる点はあるものの、食事とスノボ向けの環境重視ならアリだと思います。

    スキー旅行で利用しました。 小さい子供がいるので、バイキングで好きな物を選べるスタイルが良いと思った事と、ファミリー向けの一本杉スキー場が近いのでこちらを選びました。バイキングはお肉が美味しく、へぎそばは大人も子供も美味しく食べました。欲を言えばキリがありませんが、コスパ的には十分です！ スタッフの方は皆親切で頑張っていらっしゃると思いますが、レストランはもう少しスタッフの人数がいたらなぁと思う事もありました。

    良かった点　ビュッフェの種類豊富で良かったビュッフェスタッフも丁寧 悪かった点 温泉の温度が低すぎて全く温まらなかった。 フロントに聞いたら天候で温度が上下するそう。 また楽しみにしていたバレルサウナの温度が40度しかなく途中スタッフが来て温度を上げたと言っていたのだが、20分待っても上がらなかった。

    リニューアルしたと聞き、楽しみにしてました。部屋、大浴場、ロビーなど様々綺麗になってるなあと感じました。客室階の共用トイレが和式だったのにはびっくりしました。外人や若い世代は使えないよなぁと感じました。建て替えではないので、なかなか難しいところはあるかと思いますが、さらなる進化に期待したいです。

    とても綺麗なホテルでしたし、スキー用品もすぐ隣でレンタルもできて便利でした。2食付きにし、ややハズレのおかずはあったものの、美味しくいただきました。やや残念な点は部屋の壁が薄く、廊下や隣の部屋の声がよく聞こえたので、-1⭐︎です。でもスキー場も駅も徒歩圏内で、値段も安く済んで満足です。
