The hotel is in prime location, very convenient to go around. Staff is very nice and friendly. However there was sewage smell in the bathroom and won't go away. Think this is more the issue of the city sewage system, as we smelled the same in other places in Zagreb.

We liked the rooms which were situated under the eaves and the staff were very helpful and considerate. Breakfasts were good with lots of choice. However, we had continual problems with the heating in one of our rooms which was never really sorted out, so the room was either too hot or too cold, and one of the TVs didn't work for most of the week. Also, we had asked for quiet rooms but had not been warned that there would be live music and disco music on the hill directly behind our rooms at the weekend and this went on until midnight. There was also nightclub noise on another night during the week. This made sleeping impossible. The combination of the heating problem and the noise did affect our enjoyment of our stay in Zagreb.

Cozy little hotel in the heart of town

Good complementary breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful. Not onsite parking but secure and nearby. Room is cozy but has everything you need. Be weary of the sloped ceiling for tall people. Close to public transport. Great food options are close. Back entrance to hotel gives access to sites. No elevator.

Friendly and convivial inn-like property right in the centre of Zagreb, in its own quiet courtyard at the foot of the Old Town and less than 5 minutes walk from the central Square and trams. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. We always stay here on our annual visit to Zagreb.

The property was nicely situated in the shopping and historical part of town. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and pleasant. The only drawback was that the hotel parking area was several blocks from the hotel itself. Driving is Zagreb is stressful anyway so we turned in our rental car and got around by foot and taxi. Problem solved.

Great comfortable hotel in pedestrian area at heart of the city. Courtyard makes the rooms very quiet in a busy area. Secure parking a five minute walk away. Would have liked a better choice of teas and coffee in the room, but otherwise a great choice.
