Next to Plaza de El Pilar you´ll find this cozy and charming apartment. It´s in the downtown, but it´s a very quiet thanks to be interior. Its height on the 4th floor with an elevator and its large number of windows means it has good natural lighting. The apartment has a bedroom with a 150cm bed and a large wardrobe; a small bathroom with shower; a large kitchen; and living room with 150cm Italian sofa bed and television with SmartTV.
Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, capsule coffee machine, etc. Then there is a charming and cozy living-dining room with an Italian opening sofa bed and television with smart TV. A small hallway gives access to a small but pleasant bathroom and the bedroom, which has a 150cm bed and a large wardrobe.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, electric radiators and split air conditioning and heat pump.
LOCATION
In the historic center, Prudencio Street is pedestrian and parallel to Plaza de El Pilar. It is also next to another place that people of Zaragoza love: the Plaza del Justicia. It is an area full of charming cafes, shops and restaurants. Just a step away from the Central Market and the tram, from the apartment you can visit the monumental area on foot, walk along the banks of the Ebro river and move around the entire city.
MOBILITY
It is best to walk, because it is a pedestrian area. You can also take the tram that is next door or one of the buses that pass along the banks of the Ebro River.
