The Non smoking rental is comfortably equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A double bedroom and an open kitchen with sofa bed. For your little ones, we have also provided a travel cot. The living and dining room has a flat screen TV and a small stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils of daily use. In the bathroom with toilet is equipped with hairdryer. The south-facing terrace with seating and barbecue invites you to relax. In front of the independent entrance the apartment is a parking space for you is provided.  For the final cleaning we charge a flat fee of 35.00 €. The rent includes: water, electricity, heating and parking. Linen can be rented for 6,00 € / person Towels 4,00 € / person, or bring your own. The local visitor's tax is payable locally. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which you can take out on us. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft lag schön ruhig abseits von der Promenade. Leider gab es ein paar Mängel, wenn man duschen war roch es aus dem Abfluss sehr unangenehm. Silberfische liefen nachts durch die Küche. Der Vermieter geht recht unfreundlich ans Telefon. Ein kleiner Backofen wäre noch schön gewesen um Brötchen aufzubacken. Ansonsten war die Lage echt schön und zinnowitz ist sowieso wunderschön.
