Stay away

We travel around the world so we have a pretty good idea of what an acceptable room should be.These rooms were about as big as I imagine was the lowest class room on the Titanic. The bed was landlocked against the window so the person sleeping on that side had to crawl over the other person if they wanted to get up during the night. So, we switched the direction of the pillows & sheets which meant you had to crawl out like a crab to get out of the bed. I had seen a photo online 3 days before of this so called the hotel to ask about it. I was told by the hotel that it was a “modular hotel” & the bed could be moved out from that position. Well, that wasn’t true. If they had been honest I could have cancelled the room without penalty. The toilet area was smaller than on an airplane. The sink was outside the toilet area. If you think I am making this up go ahead & stay there. There is no front desk just someone standing out in the lobby with a computer. They are only there once in awhile. The upside was there was a great Irish pub across the street. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone EVER.

While the rooms are small, it’s to be expected considering the cost, but the staff goes above and beyond every single time and every location I’ve been at the staff in Zürich, Paris, and at the London Tower were absolutely amazing

My husband and I stayed here for two nights after arriving in Zurich on an overnight flight. The hotel’s central location makes it easily accessible by public transportation. The decor has a fun, trendy vibe, and we especially appreciated the 24/7 bar and restaurant— a lifesaver when we struggled to find a late-night meal after 10 p.m. The staff was outstanding. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions. Breakfast was also fantastic. The reason for our four-star rating is the room size. The space was extremely small, with barely enough room for our two large suitcases and a carry-on. While the king-sized bed was comfortable, it was pushed against the wall, making it difficult for my husband to get in and out. We inquired about a larger room but were informed that only the accessible rooms offered more space, and the hotel was fully booked. This hotel is ideal for solo business travelers who don’t mind compact rooms. Despite the space constraints, the location, amenities, and service make it worth considering.
