The hotel is ok, but definitely not “exceptional” and nowhere near a 9.4/10. It feels very average overall. The rooms are clean but bland and very airport-like, with no real character. Food was mediocre at best. The staff was good and professional, which is a positive. The hotel is also surprisingly far from the parking and not convenient to reach on foot. In addition, Zurich Airport has two Hyatt properties, which can be confusing, so travelers should double-check which one they are booking. Overall, it’s fine for a short airport stay, but a 3 or 4 out of 10 feels much more accurate than the rating advertised.

It is a pretty hip an youthful looking, The price was reasonble. Getting there is a bit tricky, becuase there is another Hyatt (Radisson) which is a couple of blooks away, and the sign indicating the direction to Hyatt Place is very small and easy to miss.
