Short stay for a long layover and room was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Staff in front desk not very friendly at all. There was a man who yelled at me for asking about a taxi his partner ordered for me and said 2 minute wait. After 10-15 min I approached desk to see if they can see an ETA and first he ignored me while having a conversation and not acknowledging I was standing there . A couple came and skipped me and he was willing to help them until I said excuse me I have been waiting. I asked if he can check ETA of taxi and he started yelling and flipping the screen for me to see that the cab is 5-7 min away and they’ll get there when they get there. I politely said thank you I was just asking because I don’t know how things for there since it was my first visiting. Super hostile and not friendly guy.

Great location next to tram stop and one stop down from station. Room was clean and reasonable size. Option to check in online to save time on arrival. Inadequate qualities of tea/coffee/milk in room but staff were happy to resolve. At over 30 CHF per person per night, breakfast was too expensive for 4 people for 2 nights, but there is an Aldi one tram stop away, so made and ate breakfast in room.

The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and did not demonstrate a customer service attitude. They erroneously charged me twice for breakfast, and when I presented my bank statement as proof, they did not even attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. Especially, the personnel at the front desk on December 25 at 9 am were highly disappointing; they directed me to the restaurant to resolve the issue rather than attempting to address it themselves. Consequently, I will not return, as the service was unsatisfactory and the prices were excessive.

Easy access from tram, we came in and it was a wonderful welcoming, updated rooms! Transportation is right as you enter or exit the lobby way. Rooms as spacious and clean! Breakfast is great!

Room was not clean. Shower tub level was high that you'd have to be a track and field athlete to get into and take a shower. It can be dangerous exiting the shower tub. The tub got clogged while taking a shower and the water level was rising fast. No tub shower curtain and water splashed all over the floor. The sink had rust stains. When I was brushing my teeth, I noticed water was dripping and falling on my foot. When I went to bed, the bed smelled like sweat. They did not change the sheets apparently. There was what appeared to be mold on the sheet. This is a room with $200 per night. I would like to ask for a refund.

Everything is falling a part. Spiders inside of the room. If you take a shower water running to the floor through the crack between the glass. Towels are for midgets and they are stained up. I my opinion this hotel should be closed, because of health hazard. Stuff doesn't give a about anything. Last 5 years I've been in 35 different hotels. This one is worse by far.
