It was most disappointing to see that management allows smoking within the property only because some of the high management employees smoke also. Asthmatic people are not necessarily evident. Disregard of people with invisible handicaps should not be tolerated at all. This behaviour is most notorious in people of generation Z, 20 to 40 years of age.

Possibly the best hotel in Acapulco. The rooms are a bit dated but the service, lobby, resturaunts and pool area more than make up for it. Pay for the breakfast buffet, its worth it.

Overall i’m giving a good review. I have been coming to Acapulco for many years off and on. I stayed in this hotel around 15 years ago also. I thought the lobby area, the bar area, the breakfast restaurant and surrounding pool area was very nice. Lush outdoor pool area easy access to the beach. The staff were very nice easy transaction in and out. A few dislikes the room i was in showed it’s age mostly in the bathroom area. Loose rusty taps that kind of thing. One of the reasons i picked this hotel is it had in the photos a nice health club. I still did my daily workout but if you have lifecycles in the photos i expect them to be working. I think one treadmill worked. Over i enjoyed the stay and the area lots to do.

2 days and you will not see the issues with this hotel. I was given the dirtiest room I ever saw. The shower head was disgusting. The hairdryer was from 1990. The King size bed was a double. There were no drinking glasses. The lamp did not have a switch ; you had to move heavy furniture to unplug/plug it in and the lightbulbs were 20 watt. The a/c was set at 18 and running at 26-27. The furniture looked like remnants from another hotel. The outside noise is deafening. There is a morning bullhorn starting 6-7am. And, somehow, Security allowed a Motorcycle in a room. I rode the elevator with a man and his bike. The front desk is where requests go to die…unless you have one of the 2 people that seem to follow up. I requested patio chairs without holes 5x and never got them. I was moved to a much better room; but I still never had a clean floor. The safe broke the first night. And the patio furniture is metal-very hot! Thank goodness for a new manager who stepped up. Now…the property is lush; nice pools. Great food and restaurant staff. However there is a wait in the morning for the coffee shop in a confined space with no a/c and for some reason no fans! The bottom line. This is a hotel that is not guest-friendly.

The customer service was terrible. The bell boy was so rude and disrespectful. They did not attempt to help me in parking my Van. The bell-boy demanded a tip even though he disrespected my wife and daughter. The room was uncomfortable. The AC broke down. We reported the incident. The technician arrived three hours later and said he could not fix it. The room was humid and really hot. We could not sleep. They provided a small fan but it dot help. I would have a better sleep in my car. I was really disappointed bringing my family to this hotel. But, since Acapulco has had a rough time with the hurricane and the destruction of the city, I understand that the commodities are not to the full extent. I will never book my stay in this hotel. The rudeness of the staff is unbearable. I was tired and all I wanted to do was to have a good night sleep. I was planning to stay ten days in that hotel, but I checked out the following morning and book a different hotel.

There was beg bugs and roaches we inform the staff and they said they didn't found anything but we show them pictures and i show them how they bite me all over my legs and they never offer to change my room. The internet was not working either through my stay, i also report this and it was never fixed. I will not stay there again.

A beautiful beach but the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were not the best. The rooms were warm but the beach made up for it. The breakfast was amazing.
