Ferienunterkunft ist eine Kellerwohnung ohne Wohlfühlcharakter.Lichteinfall Wohnküche und Zimmer Doppelstockbetten nur über kleine Kellerlichtschächte.Küchenboden Laminat aufgequelt und obere Beschichtung stark beschädigt.Überdeckt mit alten Läufern. Boxspringbett soll das Bett Bild15 - Zimmer sein. Leben aus dem Koffer,da so gut wie keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden sind.Fernseher defekt, WLan sehr schwach bis garnicht.Spielbereich im freien sowie Grill gibt es nicht.Spielplatz 10 -15 Minuten fußläufig. Freisitz befindet sich in einem eingezäunten Auslauf für die beiden Hunde der Besitzerin. Garten auch nicht vorhanden oder ist der eingezäunte Freisitz damit gemeint ? Aber ein großes Lob an die Mutter der Vermieterin die sich um diese Ferienwohnung kümmert.Höfflich, nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die lage ist sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Tanke, Lebensmittel und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe.Fazit: Eher eine Unterkunft für Monteure aber nicht für Urlaub auf dem Ponyhof !
