Déconseillé aux étrangers

J'ai reçu ici le pire accueil de mon séjour au Japon. Lorsque j'ai garé ma voiture sur le parking, un employé qui passait devant la voiture m'a dévisagée sans me saluer. Quelques minutes après, le temps que j'ouvre mon coffre pour sortir mon sac, un autre employé plus jeune est venu me voir pour me poser des questions. Comme il ne parlait pas anglais, une autre employée l'a rejoint avec un traducteur. C'est alors que j'ai vu que 3 autres employés se tenaient à la porte d'entrée et nous regardaient. J'avais l'impression d'être une péstiférée. On m'a demandé si j'avais une réservation. J'ai répondu que oui et que j'allais leur donner les renseignements a la réception. L'homme qui m'avait regardée a mon arrivée s'est alors approché très près de moi sans dire bonjour et s'est mis à regarder mon téléphone sans gêne pour voir si j'avais une réservation. J'ai du m'écarter d'un pas et lui dire de patienter. Ensuite, ils m'ont refusé l'accès au hall et m'ont demandé d'attendre à ma voiture le temps qu'il vérifient ma réservation. J'avais l'impression d'être une criminelle ou une personne dangereuse, c'était très choquant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux personnes étrangères.
