Great Hotel to Visit

Lovely stay

We had a lovely two night stay to be close to Al Ain Raceway. Ragesh, the Lifeguard was a real star, the breakfast staff were great, as were the check-in staff. Overall, it was had a nice hotel attached to Bawadi Mall so very convenient for shopping too ;D

A great choice for convenience

The location was stellar and the breakfast surprisingly good. The rooms, though, were uninspired; I was upgraded to an "executive" room that was small and with challenging climate control - either too hot or too cold. Overall, though, a great stay, and I spent very little time in the room regardless.

Ayla cancelled my booking

Ayla Bawadi is exceptional one of the best. But i was disappointed for i was un aware that my booking was cancelled without my approval. I booked thru hotels.com for a reason that there are rewards points for booking thru them. I wasn't able to get my reward points due to Ayla cancelled my booking even if i confirmed that i am coming late for i am traveling when someone called me to confirm if im coming or not. When i arrived in the hotel my booking was cancelled. Its unfair
