Really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn! I love that they prepared breakfast early for guests heading to the Balloon Festival, super thoughtful and convenient. The room was nice and comfy, and the bedsheets were clean and neatly made. Great stay overall!

My first room was not cleaned very well. One of the night stands had not been wiped there was sticky soda or some sticky drink all over and to make it worse hair was in it. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. On a positive note I went to show the picture I took to the front desk and she didn't put me out ..she gave me a suite.. thank you for helping me.

I would have given ia higher rating. I booked a room for the 27 th of September then realized that I booked it on the wrong day. So I canceled it and booked for another not refund not give me refund which really bummed me out. According to expedia it is their policy. It sucks because I booked another room in place of the one I canceled and still no refund. Unbelievable.

The staff was very friendly and very professional. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. However, the general appearance was very rundown and unkept. The walls were gross in our room. Everything was just very old and there was a smell…. At least they didn’t try to cover itup with some perfume air freshener.

There was a smell of stale smoke or cigarettes as soon as we walked into the room. The AC was set at 62, it took awhile for our room to o reach a comfortable temperature. I left my bracelet on the desk, when I called for them to o check i never received a call back. So I guess some has a beautiful bracelet now.
