Overall hotel was okay. I would stay their again if I was in NM again. Location wasn't horrible, did see a lot of homeless not to far away but cant put that on the hotel due to it seemed like Albuquerque was full of homeless no matter where we went. It was close to a lot shopping stores, the mall, and restaurants. Apple bees being next door is truly convenient and nice. Was impressed with breakfast, did have a lot of options. The pool was nice, some wear and tear but overall nice experience. Having an outdoor pool in the middle of summer is a plus. Room was clean only negative was one of the comforters had a black stain, carpets had some stains as well, and the rooms could definitely use an update with paint and carpet in general. First hotel I stood at the had Dove shampoo and body wash.. the family loved that

Comfort in Midtown Albuquerque

The hotel is in pretty good shape but not in the best part of Albuquerque. Our room was two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa was not. The hot breakfast was excellent, and it was really nice to have facilities for washing clothes. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need to stay in midtown, this is a good place to stay.

The room was clean except for a cockroach in the closet. We only had 1 trash can for 6 people for 2 days. Staff was super friendly and professional.

I read the reviews before booking and they had high rates, but when I get there: super depressing, smells horrible, itchy bed. The only thing that was great was the staff.

We stayed in the family suite; 2 adults and 4 kids. The bathroom was very small and the A/C unit was very noisy. The area around the hotel is a little shady. On a more positive note the staff were super friendly and the breakfast had a lot of good options.

Felt safe in the hotel . Check in was quick and agent was really friendly. Near freeway. Menaul street lends itself to Coronado Mall (Macy's , Cheesecake Factory) Vintage Vault Antiques, World Market. Plenty of parking , wish they had a perimeter gate around the property. An Applebee's across the parking lot . I will say there again .

Nice, spacious, and quiet room. The place is renovated, but you still see glimpses of building age. Located around industrial businesses, so there's not much activity around. Applebee's across the parking lot is nice and a few other local dining options are within walking distance but you'll want to drive to them, especially if you have a family. 😉 A few folks off priority that looked homeless/suspicious.
