The property is pretty run down. Multiple things in the room were either broken or damaged. The lady working the reception counter during the day was less than personable. When I told her about the big cockroach I found in my room while packing to leave, she didn't seem surprised or troubled to do anything to look into it. The applebees across the way was nice.

The room is spacious, clean and smelled fresh. We like that they have basic needs in the room like coffee, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is clean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel offered great hot and cold breakfast selection, with their staff very efficient. The staff made sure that the dining area is always clean.

check in was easy and the room itself was clean and decently sized. the breakfast was sub par and the parking was not great. The hotel pool is outside and because of the time of the year was obviously closed. The overall neighborhood was not terrible but at night we saw lots of homeless in the area
