the staff we interacted with was good upon check in. Friendly. Second was too busy on their phone to notice me standing there upon checking out, I waited about 1 minute before they finally looked up. Not a huge deal, but still annoyed because it’s not like I was being quiet when I walked up and stood right in front of them for them not to notice me. Room was clean; only complaint there was the bathroom. It’s tiny, and opening/closing the door was a struggle because it was a tight space. Made it hard to move around with my toddler. Sofa bed was severely stained. That looked awful so it wasn’t used. Breakfast was good. The options were diverse and it was stocked up throughout the serving hours. There was a lady maintaining the area clean and wiping down tables as groups were leaving. She was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Balloon Fiesta 2025. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of four and the staff was very professional. The room layout was good with the bathroom sink and mirror located in the main room. This made it a little easier to get everyone dressed in the morning. The continental breakfast was about what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express but the nice part was that they began serving at 4:30 AM for Balloon Fiesta attendees. The hotel was also convenient to our park and ride location and I-25. The only downside is that it's not in the best part of town. Bright security lights on the parking lot ensured our safety but made sleep challenging even with the blackout draperies. Overall not a bad a experience for the money.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the snacks available in the lobby for guests upon arrival — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Our room was spacious, spotless, and freshly cleaned, with all the necessary amenities provided. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering plenty of food and great options for every taste. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and booking through Experian was quick and convenient — especially since we needed a hotel right away upon arriving in Albuquerque. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel itself was very nice. The area seemed a bit sketchy, but maybe that is just due to being from a small town. It was convenient to ABQ, room was comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The hotel is a little older and the lighting could be better in the rooms. Nice to have an Applebee’s restaurant right across the parking lot. Felt fairly safe there although there was a panhandler outside that I reported to the desk staff.
