Average nothing amazing about it

The stay was ok. Our room was never cleaned even though we ask. No one went to make beds or take trash. The toiletries are too small and not enough for more than one person The room was very small and the bathroom too. Besides all that the staff is great and the room was clean when we got there Also paying for parking is a scam bec you’re paying and there is enough parking for the guest. The people who should pay are the people at the bar or who are not staying there. Nice hotel but wouldn’t go back to stay there.

We had a great stay here! The speakeasy was fun, and everyone was so nice. It is off a major road, and the college is nearby, so expect some road noise, but that didn't bother us. We loved that we had plenty of great food options nearby.

Lovely creative boutique hotel.

We love this place! We love the people who own it and who work for them, we love the decor and the imagination, rhe sweet touches and whimsical aspects that went into making this hotel so delightful. We went to the speakeasy on the premises and had delicious cocktails and lovely conversation with the bartender who made them. They have live music some nights and the poop looks so inviting. The ONLY issue is that, if your room has windows facing the main street, use earplugs or have a small noise machine with you. You hear everything there. I hope they can afford to upgrade their windows soon. But in the meanwhile I’ll ask for rooms on the far side of the parking lot.

Hotel Zazz really is one of a kind. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the hotel itself is bright and colorful and cheery. The staff's positive attitude is reflective of the hotel's quirky stories. And while there weren't many people at the speakeasy, the cocktails were top notch. Second time here and would definitely come back a third and a fourth.

Great stay very colorful and the esthetic was nice. This place was right in the middle of nob hill, a plus was the access you have to great restaurants around the area, plus everything was a short walk away or door dash distance. The staff was friendly and attentive, definitely would stay again.

Unique place on route 66

My husband and I spent one night here. It was very unique. Right on the old Route 66. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was excellent. It was definitely different but in a great way! Walkable to restaurants and shops.

The property is beautiful colors but first room we checked into was not cleaned vacuumed needed to be done and wiped down food was left on the floor and cup stains from drinks on the lamp table. Second room was okay. Stains on the rug and bathroom was not cleaned well. Eyelash extensions were still on the floor from previous people. The tarp in the pool area was torn and the area itself feels very unsafe. The gas station next door was all bulletproof. Will never stay again. It was a hotel 8 vibe with beautiful decor.

A Zazzy Time

I travel for work and enjoy finding new and fun hotels to stay at. I loved the vibe here, the bed was super comfortable and the staff was great. I did not get to enjoy the speakeasy or spa. I felt safe here, walking at night. The hotel is at the east end of the Nob Hill area, I would stick to the west when walking. Great food options nearby, I've always liked this part of town and I'm happy to have found Hotel Zazz.

We really enjoyed our sty. The hotel was in a great location. The color scheme and artistic nature of the hotel was beautiful. It is clean and well maintained. The speakeasy bar was a fun attraction. My only complaint was our room wasn’t cleaned on our first day so we were lacking towels and coffee.
