The front desk strangely added extra unexplained charges to the total amount + tax that was initially given to me after booking. When I questioned them on that, they could not explain but told me it will autocorrect when the transaction goes through.This additional unexplained charges isn't the $20 per night security deposit. Then they charged me for parking at the hotel premise. This hotel smells very stuffy and you only detect that when you move in newly, but you get acclimatize to the scent once you stay here for long. At least they can be cleaning the premises more effectively and using air refreshers as well. It's just courteous that they start placing some bottles of water and drinking glasses in the fridge for news customers that walk in !

The heater in bedroom was broken and the fan could not be turned off. It blew loudly all night, forcing me to sleep on pullout couch. This was very uncomfortable! The front desk simply said they would check into it when we left.
