Family holiday apartment. Very spacious and bright in a quiet square in the center of Alicante. A stone's throw from the beach (2 min) and next to the Town Hall and the Esplanade. Very calm and quiet.

It comfortably accommodates six people in three double bedrooms. For families and groups with children, eight people can stay using a very comfortable, brand new double sofa bed in a separate living room.

ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION

This vacation rental apartment has two full bathrooms, a very large kitchen with an attached dining room for eight people and a balcony terrace with a small table and some seats.

Upon entering we find a spacious and bright hall with a bench, shoe rack and coat rack.

Living room with television and large sofa and lounge chair to relax.

Next to the living room, there is a second room with a work table (WIFI included), a library and a very comfortable double sofa bed. This room can be used as a fourth bedroom in families with more than six people, and has access to the balcony. If you want to use it as a second room, you can open the sliding doors and have a larger room for common use for the entire group.

As for the bedrooms, all mattresses and bedding are new. Dispose of:

Second double bedroom with 135 bed
Third double bedroom. Also with a 135 bed
Two full bathrooms with shower and amenities.

Large fully equipped kitchen with osmosis water filter, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and brand new kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table with capacity for eight people. TV in dining room. Views of the Santa Bárbara castle.

The balcony has a small table with chairs and a bench with cushions to enjoy the outdoors and views of the center of Alicante.

Air conditioning in living rooms and kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. Windows with mosquito nets. New cotton bedding and towels.

LOCATION

The apartment is in the heart of Alicante, two minutes walk from the beach and close to the leisure and shopping area.

The square where the accommodation is located is very quiet, with a small restaurant with a terrace. It is a very quiet and charming place.

Just behind the square you can go up to the Santa Bárbara castle through the Ereta park. The main street is just around the corner with restaurants of all kinds. The esplanade and the town hall square are one minute away.

If you want to visit the beach of San Juan or Campello, you can take the TRAM a five-minute walk away or a bus even closer.
