Ideal for couples or small families, the space features a fantastic open-plan social area connecting the kitchen to the living room. The living area is flooded with natural light and is equipped with a practical and comfortable sofa bed, television, a dining table and air conditioning, creating the perfect atmosphere for moments of togetherness and relaxation with views of the exterior.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist you in your daily routine. It features a fridge, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, and essential crockery and utensils for the preparation of all your favourite meals.

The natural extension of the living room is a pleasant glazed veranda/sunroom, designed to offer you an indescribable peaceful corner. Furnished with two comfortable chairs, it is the perfect spot to read a book, enjoy your morning coffee and appreciate the lovely views of the wonderful sandy beach.

The bedroom, with a very serene atmosphere, is harmoniously decorated and equipped with a spacious double bed, a generous built-in wardrobe to comfortably store all your belongings, and air conditioning.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the vibrant and sunny centre of Costa da Caparica, this accommodation offers you the privilege of experiencing the authentic and contagious energy of the most famous coastline in the Lisbon region. The neighbourhood breathes a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where the vibrant surf culture harmoniously meets local fishing traditions. Just a few steps from your door, you will find the extensive golden sands of the Caparica beaches, the perfect setting for refreshing swims, water sports or simply relaxing in the sun. The seafront promenade invites long evening walks, while the excellent and diverse gastronomy will leave you wanting more. You will be surrounded by fantastic traditional restaurants and lively beach bars, where savouring freshly grilled fish or top-quality seafood with an ocean view is an absolutely unmissable experience.

Despite offering a true seaside retreat, the proximity to the capital is one of the great advantages of this location. In a short and scenic journey, crossing the iconic Ponte 25 de Abril, you will quickly reach the heart of Lisbon. This ease allows you to enjoy all the cultural offerings of the city and visit historical wonders in the charismatic neighbourhood of Belém (such as the Torre de Belém, the Jerónimos Monastery and the famous Pastéis de Belém), before returning to the soothing sound of the waves to recharge.

Beyond Lisbon, this location serves as a fantastic strategic base to explore other great attractions in the region. Very nearby, in the neighbouring city of Almada, you can visit the imposing Cristo Rei Sanctuary and marvel at the best panoramic view over the capital and the Tagus river. If you are looking for breathtaking natural landscapes, a short drive south will take you to the stunning Arrábida Natural Park, famous for its lush green mountains leading down to crystal-clear waters, and the picturesque and charming fishing village of Sesimbra.

Costa da Caparica is well connected to Lisbon and the surrounding area.

The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, with regular connections to Almada and Cacilhas, where you can take the ferry to central Lisbon (Cais do Sodrée).

For those travelling by car, the A2 and A33 motorways are easily accessible.

Lisbon International Airport (Humberto Delgado) is approximately 30 km away, with an estimated travel time of 30 to 40 minutes by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
