Gebuchte Ferienwohnung bei Ankunft nicht verfügbar

Bei unserer Abreise aus der Schweiz haben wir telefonisch dem Gastgeber unsere ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt. Als wir ankamen, teilte uns die Mutter des Gastgebers mit, dass lediglich ein Doppelzimmer und keine Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen verfügbar sei. Der Gastgeber teilte mir telefonisch mit, dass FeWo direkt ihm lediglich eine Person als Gast gemeldet hätte. Eine Mitarbeiterin von FeWo direkt hat uns später angerufen, um die Hintergründe der stornierten Buchung zu erfahren. Dabei hat sie uns versichert, dass FeWo direkt dem Gastgeber 4 Personen als Gäste gemeldet hatte. Wir haben spät Abends in Mannheim zwei Hotelzimmer buchen müssen. Das war keine angenehme Erfahrung.
