Viehättävä ainutlaatuinen omakotitalo näkymät laitumet lähellä Amsterdam

Meidän lomakoti sijaitsee maaseudulla oja vieressä viehättävä joki "Het Gein". Tyypillinen hollantilainen ympäröivän jossa voit pyörä ja kävellä. Kesäisin voit uida joen Het Gein.
Amsterdam on hyvin lähellä: pyörällä se vie 5 minuuttia metroasemalta Gein, joka vie sinut 20 minuuttia Amsterdamin keskustassa. Autolla voit ajaa 5 minuuttia P + R metroasema Gaasperplas tai rautatieasemalle Abcoude. Ja 15 minuutissa ajat Amsterdamin keskustassa.
Koska meidän talo on niin keskeisellä paikalla, kaikki suuret matkailukohteiden ovat tunnin ajomatkan, kuten Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans, Haarlem, Volendam, Marken, Haag, Hoge Veluwe, Utrechtin "Venetsian North": Giethoorn jne jne .

Huvimaja tilamme, joka on rakennettu vuonna 1865, sijaitsee vain 200 metrin päässä kaupungin rajalla Amsterdamin. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa yksittäisen kylpyhuone, on elävä ja iso keittiö, jossa ruokapöytä. Taiteovet vie iso oma puutarha, joka antaa sinulle panoraamanäkymät ympäröivään laitumilla laiduntavat lampaat ja lehmät. Toisessa kerroksessa löydät erittäin tilava parvi kaltainen oleskelutila ja suuri ruokapöytä takka. Myös TV DVD-soitin.

Talossa on rikas historia: asti 60 huvimaja oli karjaa karistanut heinällä-parvi ja maatila oli vuokrattu eri viljelijöiden perheille. Myöhemmin maa myi Amsterdamin kaupunki kuuluisa Hollannin kuvanveistäjä Nel van Lith. On vanha Hay-parvi hän antoi kuvanveistäjä oppitunteja entinen kuningatar Beatrix. Vuodesta 1995 asui puutarhaarkkitehti, joka suunnitteli englantilaisen / ranskalaisen romanttisen puutarhan, joka on vielä ehjä.

“GEZELLIG” as the Dutch say. This cottage is situated on the Hein River nestled between two quaint villages, Abcoude and Vesp. Its idyllic. Great for cycling. Two properties down the road, you can buy farm fresh cheese, milk, and yogurt. The scenery is so Dutch! Windmills, sheep, cows, and blooming sunflowers.

Perfect Cottage

We were 2 couples spending a week in the area. The cottage and garden are beautiful. It was great to have 2 ensuite bathrooms. The cottage was clean, attractive, and very comfortable. Stephanie always responded quickly and offered good information. Ihighly recommend this home.

Perfect Lodging!

My wife and I had 10 amazing nights at the property! Stephanie provided exemplary coordination from the date of booking through check-out. We used the bedroom closest to the backyard pond - very comfortable and spacious! Plenty of room exists to hang clothes (we are on a 36-day holiday, so quite a few clothes), as well as dresser for folded items. The bathroom in that bedroom (both bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms) was terrific. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. The heated floors are particularly nice when getting out of the shower. We cooked five meals at the property, with the gas stove/oven working perfectly. While the refrigerator has no freezer, we found placing frozen vegetables in the back of the refrigerator kept them sufficiently chilled. Satellite TV was great with several channels in English (movies on Chan 8/9 every night starting around 8pm), BBC, and CNN. The upstairs loft is extremely spacious, with a very large sectional sofa. We used the property as a 'hub' to 'spoke' out to Amsterdam, Leiden, Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, and Lisse. Very quiet and relaxing location, yet not far from anything you need (great Jumbo-brand grocery 15 minutes away). We would most definitely stay here again!

Beyond Beautiful!

This surpassed our wildest dreams. Such a well-equipped “little” cottage. So roomy, beautifully decorated, just the perfect place for a family to stay on holiday. One disclaimer, it’s a bit far from Amsterdam and neither train station is all that close. If you don’t have a car, you’ll pay premium for Ubers back and forth. But I would still stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyable stay for a family

This guest cottage was excellent, with ease of accessibility to metro from both sides of Gwin Nord, which is just on the outskirts of Amsterdam limits. A rental car and parking near the city worked really well, but booking, walking and metro are options if you plan ahead. Also a good access point for those looking to explore outside Amsterdam: we were able to enjoy Düsseldorf, Eindhoven and Antwerp with this well placed VRBO just off A2. The accommodations were fantastic. A very spacious top level living area with wood stove and couch and large dining area, and a main floor with 2BR and 2BA is perfect for traveling families. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat, a scenic escape from the busyness and bustle of central Amsterdam, and a wonderful place to relax both inside and outdoors. Five stars!

Tolles Haus nähe Amsterdam

Wir hatten das große Glück ein paar Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen zu dürfen und wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, dass hier mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und voller Licht, was eine sehr warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Besonders haben wir die gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche geschätzt – perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und bieten reichlich Platz, und die Betten sind wunderbar bequem. Auch das Bad lässt keine Wünsche offen; alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grün, ideal für Spaziergänge und kleine Ausflüge und trotzdem ist alles Wichtige schnell erreichbar. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight und ist sehr idyllisch. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, die stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful time in this idyllic place at the river,surrounded by cows and near a farmers shop.The house was clean and had a huge kitchen.There were also mosquito-nets for protection.We enjoyed a week and spend a day renting bikes to explore Abcoude and the nearby area.

Superbe logement proche d'Amsterdam

Très très beau et grand logement. Au calme et à la campagne mais a seulement 7min du métro en voiture qui vous emmène a Amsterdam en 15 min (parking gratuit avec de la place au pied du métro). Le salon du 1ere étage est superbe. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont chacune leur salle de bain. Une perle rare qui donne envie de revenir !

Great house and location

A lovely house in a peaceful location. Spent a happy week here with my husband and adult daughter. House well equipped, especially the mosquito nets which were definitely needed but they worked as I didn’t get any bites! We enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the upstairs living room. Weren’t able to use the garden as much as we would have liked due to the weather but did sit outside a couple of times and enjoyed watching the wildlife and listening to the birds - first time I’ve ever heard a cuckoo! Only a 10 minute drive to Weesp where we caught the train to Amsterdam. Stephanie was a great host and answered my questions before we travelled very promptly. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Enjoyed our stay

There is a lovely garden with a deck where we are entertained by the birds, the mallards, the cows and the flowers . Very convenient location, we can always find a great outdoor cafe for lunch. We like the kitchen, which is large and has a gas stove.

Perfect for an extended stay: quiet and beautiful.

We spent three weeks here using this charming home as a base for our travels throughout various parts of the Netherlands. It is easy to reach Amsterdam from here and our host provided us with great details about getting to and from the city. Stephanie was responsive when an issue arose with the hot water and she kept us up-to-date when a local marathon forced a road closure. The home had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. If you are looking for a quiet country get-away, in a charming setting this is the perfect place for you.
