I recently stayed at Element Amsterdam, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is situated inside a beautiful high-end mall, which made everything so convenient including a grocery store where I could easily grab a few essentials I forgot to pack. The location is also incredibly walkable, with easy access to the Central Train Station and surrounding neighborhoods. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff, especially Andreina. What a lovely person! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and informed during our trip. She pulled out maps, shared thoughtful recommendations, and gave us tips that helped us explore so many great local neighborhoods we might have otherwise missed. Thanks to her guidance, we experienced Amsterdam in such a rich and meaningful way. I’m so grateful to the entire team at Element Amsterdam for making me and my friend feel special, welcomed, and cared for. I would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The suite rooms were clean and had all the essentials if you plan to stay for a while. Also the hotel is conveniently located in a mall and there are options for shopping, food, and groceries. Also, it is a short distance to the Amstel Park which was very nice to go for a walk in. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and furnished with a good quality of furniture. Breakfast was excellent, staff provided wonderful service throughout our stay. The location is convenient, being close to a supermarket. However, we weren't advised about the free bus from the shopping centre to Train station which meant we had to walk at least 20min each way to get around. That was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was very good accommodation experience overall.

This is one of the cleanest room I have ever reserved. Full kitchen and table available and close to all forms of dining and grocery stores. The location is further from the tourist area so the cost of dining is far cheaper. The metro is about 15 minutes walk and get you to the centraal with 20 minutes time. If you are tight on time, the ride-share service to the metro station is around 10 euro which is extremely good for a group. I will definitely come back to this hotel again when I need to book in Amsterdam

Exceeded expectations

As a family of four (mum dad and 2 boys ages 7 and 10) finding a single room for all of us is a pain. I was reluctant to book this one as the pictures werent great. I was so wrong! What a great stay we had! The room was perfect, location, although not central, was great worh good restaurants around. To get to the edge of centre, i.e. vondelpark cost us around 40 euros a day total... We also drove from the uk. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall (really useful!) Which has a carpark, the car park cost 20 euros per day (once we parked, i didnt move the car until we left). The kids loved it, the wife loved it and overall i was very happy! And honestly, im a bit snobbish when it comes to hotels!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is so comfortable, has all the amenities in the room and it is close to everything! Walkable to the nearest train station and the staff were really accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
