Tapaa Prince Royal! Sijainti ja ylellisyys ovat mitä ajattelemme, kun näemme tämän upea talovene, joka sijaitsee kuuluisalla Prinsengrachtissa, lähellä Anne Frankin taloa. Se on tyylikäs ja mukava kelluva asuinpaikka Jordaanin alueen keskustassa. Sisustussuunnittelija on sisustanut maun ja huomion. Prince Royal on paikka ainutlaatuiseen merikokemukseen Amsterdamin keskustassa. Sinulla on suora näkymä Prinsengrachtille ja maamerkille Westerchurch. Olohuone on valoisa ja loistava, tilava, mukava ja kevyt. Tyypillinen puulattia yhdessä suunnittelukalusteiden kanssa antaa tälle alueelle ylellisen oman identiteetin. Aluksen takana ja edessä on 2 tyypillistä makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneet ovat hieman alempia, mutta se on osa tämän asuntoveneen historiaa ja viehätysvoimaa. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on kaksi isoa parivuodetta, joissa kaksi erillistä patjaa vierekkäin (160 cm ja 180 cm X 200 cm), molemmissa taulutelevisio. Romanttinen ja mukava!

Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhelämmitin ja lattialämmitys. Valoisissa ja loistavissa kylpyhuoneissa on sekä moderni pesuallas että suihku. Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Kannen ulkopuolella

Tämän entisen tavaralaivan ulkopuolella on mukava terassi, josta on ainutlaatuinen näkymä kanavaa pitkin. Löydät ihanan suuren terassin, jossa on tuoleja, tyynyjä ja kasveja. Koska talvella emme voi vielä tehdä kuvia, meidän on odotettava kevääseen asti. Valkoiset joutsenet ohittavat kanavaveneiden kanssa. Kanavan toisella puolella näet Anne Frankin talon ja kuuluisan Westerchurchin. Ympäristöstä on tehty video viime vuonna: Olet keskellä historiallista Amsterdamia, mutta veden ja ympäröivien vaikuttavien historiallisten kanavatalojen takia ilmapiiri on rento ja rauhallinen.

Ohjaamo tarjoaa kuitenkin parasta ja yksinoikeuden mahdollisuuden nauttia tämän asuntoveneen upeasta ympäristöstä. Ohjaamo on tavoitettavissa sisältä ja on korkeampi kuin muu vene. Tällä entisen kapteenin alueella on ylellinen paikka istua ja nauttia esimerkiksi lasillinen ilmaista viiniä baarista viinijääkaapilla!

Excellent stay! Don’t hesitate to book here - it was one of the best parts of our trip to Amsterdam. Two bedrooms and two bathes worked perfect. The end room did have a low ceiling, but it was fine. Host was super helpful with each and every question we had. De Reiger restaurant was a short walk and had excellent food and a wonderful vibe. Get a reservation ahead. If you’re there on a Monday, go to the local market up the way for almost everything you can imagine, including tiny pancakes.

This was easily one of the most memorable and comfortable places we've ever stayed. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were by far the most comfortable out of all of the places we stayed in Europe. The heating system in the boat was great and kept us warm and cozy in rainy fall weather. The host was incredibly thoughtful, our flight arrived late and she sent very detailed information regarding the check in process. When we arrived there was wine, snacks, and other little goodies that made us feel instantly welcome. Despite being in a bustling area, the boat itself was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. We loved being able to walk to Dam Square and so many other spots. Everything felt close by but inside the boat it felt like a little private sanctuary in the city.The host was so kind and welcoming, she really goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We didn’t want to leave but will be back someday :)

What a fun and different way to experience life along the canal in this part of the city. The houseboat was very comfortable however, if you have a bad back or are uncomfortable with stairs, this would not be appropriate. Both rooms have lower ceilings. We were completely comfortable with the beds and sitting area. We took advantage of the upper deck and enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings and watching the boats go by. The houseboat was very clean and and the location was ideal. Great communication with the owner.

Amazing Location and Unique Experience!

When planning our trip to Amsterdam, I saw this wonderful canal boat as an option and was so pleased with the outcome. We had an amazing stay on the canal boat from the ease of check in to the cleanliness of the place to the comfort of the beds. Sadly, our flight was delayed by a day so we missed an entire day of our stay, but while we were there we enjoyed the comfort and convenience that this boat had to offer. We had tickets to the Ann Frank museum and the canal boat is literally across the canal from it. It is truly in the heart of everything and extremely walkable to restaurants and sights. Our host was very accessible and provided great recommendations to restaurants. When booking, one must remember that this is a canal boat. One of the bedrooms ceiling height is only 4 feet; however, we put our teenage kids in there and we took the other bedroom with normal ceiling height. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and decent size. Not what I would have expected on a boat. I can't recommend this boat enough for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Amsterdam.

Location, location, location & Comfort too!

Two 65 couples for four nights. We found the location to be perfect for sightseeing and dining. The houseboat is anchored directly across the canal from the Anne Frank house and museum. There is a nice market close by for essentials, although our hostess provided a nice bottle of vino and some coffee to get us started. Bedding was great and beds comfy. The bathrooms were very clean and functioned well. The kitchen and living area was lovely and a great place to relax between outings. There is a charming converted wheelhouse reached by a wide ladder where we took our wine and cheese up every afternoon. It was fun to watch all the boat traffic on the canal as people cued up to enter the museum. There was a helpful guide to restaurants only 5 to 10 mins away. We loved Cocina Mexicana Rosario!

Amazing!

This house boat is awesome! One note would that the ceilings in the bedrooms were lower than expected.. however once you got used to it, it added to the charm of staying on a house boat in the heart of Amsterdam. Host was more than communicative.

A wonderful houseboat for two couples or even a large family with children. Unbeatable location directly across from the Anne Frank House. Very clean and well-appointed with all of the amenities that anyone would need (except for a microwave).

Best location, and on a boat!

Rachell was a great hostess. Met us at the boat early and made us feel quite at home. The boat is beautifully appointed, and we lacked for very little. It is almost directly across from the Anne Frank house (get your tickets before you arrive!), and we had a great time watching the tour boats and bicycles go by. The weather was "adventurous". Snow our first day, hail our second day, thunderstorm our 3rd night + sideways wind. But still a wonderful time and a beautiful city. The beds were super comfy (especially in the forward cabin). We accidentally slept in a couple of times, the beds were so cozy. Wish we could have used the captain's room to hang out a bit more, but the cold weather was a bit too much for that space. Highly recommend this place. It was walkable to almost everything, and in a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of restaurant and pub options, with a grocery store about a 5-7 min walk away. Ceilings in the rooms are low - so mind your head! We eventually got used to it, and it wasn't much of a bother. If we find our way back to Amsterdam, we would definitely look into booking here again.

Amsterdam boathouse magic

The boathouse is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bedrooms have very low ceilings so if you are tall, this may be an issue for you. The location of the boathouse is fantastic and we enjoyed afternoons sitting on the deck and watching the world go by.

Es gilt 2. besondere Punkte zu beachten: Niedrige Decken in den Schlafzimmern und eine schwierige Parksituation für den PKW ---und der gesamte Rest war für uns dann wirklich klasse, inmitten des pulsierenden Amsterdam, vorbeiflitzende Fahrräder auf der einen Seite zur Straße und eine Parade von Booten auf der Prinsengracht bei perfektem Sommerwetter. Die Unterkunft war wirklich super dafür.

Perfect Amsterdam Vacation Stay

The boat is perfectly located in the Jordaan with both indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the view along the canal. The boat was clean and had everything we needed. The beds and sitting area were very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative leading up to the stay and check in was a breeze. Our family of four couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time in Amsterdam. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
