Wanted to extend my stay for 1 more night. They had plenty of beds / rooms available, but said I had to leave and come back at 3 PM. Not sure if this is just an attempt at generating additional profit from fees, or employee incompetence.
Speaking of employees: employees at this location could use training in better customer service. Definitely have plenty of better experiences with most other places. Happily left and took my business elsewhere, and saved some money, too !
