Slightly out dated. Plugs at wall need attention/replacement, would not hold plug in for charging multiple items. Hardware in bathroom needs replacement(rusted) We were on second floor and had stairs to walk through to haul children and luggage. Was difficult.

The property is on the older side and a little shabby around the edges. Small things like some entrances not having ramps and a bit of an older musty smell could be improved. However the castle theme was such a delight for my four year old that it was well worth it. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from the hotel (but keep this in mind if your child is afraid of loud noises in the night). Overall this was a great budget pick that was still very conveniently located for our Disneyland vacation.

Love this place has a great family feel the pool is never packed, they have little events and magical stuff you can add. like princess wake up movie time a magician and other stuff im sure. The shuttle is so nice to have runs early i think 730 or 8 am to 1230 am. Location is nice next to a bunch of food and store options and very close to downtown disney. Cant wait to come back in 3 years.

I have stayed here once before and I had such a great experience. So when I booked a second stay with them I was excited. The room I had was next to the elevator, which kept me up all night. How can anyone sleep with that roaring all night. The bed has a huge dip in the middle. I had to lay on the edge of the bed. Didn't matter since I really didn't get any sleep. The sheets had tears in them. And the room was not cleaned properly. And the customer service was not the best. I will say the one pro was the onion rings from the restaurant. Get those but get ready to wait 25 min for them. I am already planning my next trip to Disney and I know that I will not be staying here again.

Meh kind of hotel

There was blood on the couch and the they could care less. The rooms have mold.They are usually very rude, unhelpful and did not recognize vip. Till I mentioned it. Still no coupon. Staff is rude. My very last time ever staying there.

Brought this to their attention and they said they said “we cant determine what the substance is by a photo” 😳

It's close enough to walk, but they also have a shuttle. We tried to take the shuttle, but it was too full, so we walked. Rooms are nice and clean, opted for a larger castle room which was great.
