For additional comfort, the apartment comes with a parking space in the garage. A designated heated cabinet in the ski room helps to dry and warm ski boots and gloves.

During winter, cross country skiing tracks and the base stations of Gemsstock and Gütsch are in short walking distance, providing access to the Skiarena, stretching all the way to Disentis and Sedrun. Andermatt is famous for off-piste skiing, snow touring and fat-biking.
